Donegal ETB Supports the ETTA 2017 Conference

Donegal ETB is pleased to be supporting the Engineering and Technology Teachers Association (ETTA) annual conference taking place in Letterkenny Institute of Technology this weekend. It is organised by the Donegal branch of the ETTA (Area 10). As well as supporting the teaching of metalwork, engineering and technology subjects in our fifteen post-primary schools, our Further Education and Training (FET) Service provides training in basic, intermediate and coded pipe welding and will be introducing a Career Traineeship in Engineering Operations in 2018. Pictured are conference delegates at our stand earlier this evening trying out the virtual reality welding plant and those who received awards at the event. Congratulations to all on a great conference.
