[lang_ie]Seo clár atá bunaithe as taighde sóisialta ó Ollscoil Michigan, SAM, faoi na scileanna atá i gceist faoi chuardach poist oibre agus atá ar fáil sna hIonaid Oideachais Aosaigh ar fud an Chontae seo anois. Sé an FSS (Feidhmeannacht na Seirbhíse Sláinte) a thug an clár seo fhad leis an Iarthuaiscirt.  Is clár seachtaine atá ann agus a múineann scileanna agallaimh, scileanna líonrú agus a neartaíonn féin mhuinín i measc na rannpháirtithe le hiad a dhéanamh réidh don mhargadh poist iomaíoch atá ann. Spreagann an clár freagracht phearsanta agus cur chuige réamhghníomhach chun deiseanna a chruthú, bíonn luach curtha ar a gcuid scileanna, smaoiníonn siad mar fhostóir agus foghlaimíonn siad conas le cur in iúl a gcuid taithí ar bhealach atá nithiúil. Chomh maith leis sin, spreagann an clár chun meon cúlú a shárú agus a chuireann le meon dearfach an t-am ar fad. Ina iomláine, cuidíonn an clár seo ár gcuid mac léinn bheith muiníneach leis na scileanna atá acu agus a fuarthas ó na cláir TFO (Tionscnamh um Filleadh ar Oideachais) agus SDOG (Scéim Deiseanna Oiliúna Gairmoideachais).
Seo an 9ú bhliain don tSheirbhís Treorach do Dhaoine Fásta an chláir seo a chuir ar fáil ar fud na hIonaid anseo. I mbliana tá an clár ar siúl ag Ionaid Oideachais Aosaigh Baile na nGallóglach, Gort a’Choirce agus i mBun Cranncha. Seo cúpla fís ghairid ó bheirt mac léinn atá tar éis an chláir a chríochnú le gairid.[/lang_ie]

[lang_en-uk]This is a job search programme based on social research from the University of Michigan in America and is being held in the Adult Education Centres across Donegal at the moment. The programme was introduced to the North West by the HSE (Health Service Executive). The week long programme teaches interview skills, networking skills and boosts self confidence among participants in selling themselves in a competitive jobs market. The programme encourages personal responsibility and a proactive approach to creating opportunities. Participants begin to value their skills, think like an employer and learn how to articulate their experiences in a concrete way. Also, the programme encourages a mindset to overcome setbacks and promotes a positive mindset. Overall, the programme helps our students step out confidently with the skills they have gained from the BTEI (Back to Education Initiative) and VTOS (Vocational Training Opportunities Scheme) programmes.
It is the 9th year for the Adult Guidance Service to roll out this programme across centres. This year it will be run in the Adult Education Centres located in Milford, Gortahork, and in Buncrana. We have captured some of the impressions from two Milford students upon completion of the programme in the short video clips below.[/lang_en-uk]
