At the meeting an initial annual membership subscription of €25 was approved. To date 108 completed Membership Application Forms have been received.

It was also decided that all future communications on behalf of the RSA Executive Committee to retired staff will be by email. Retired staff who have not yet made contact, are invited to contact Jim McGlynn, Secretary on 086 2271435 or jimmcglynn@retired.donegaletb.ie. Those who do not have a personal email address can nominate a family member or friend’s email to receive communications (with their consent). Once a personal email is received, Ciaran Cunningham, Donegal ETB’s Head of IT, will assign a @retired.donegaletb.ie email address which will enable members to use the Staff Login on Donegal ETB’s website to access a dedicated Section set up for retired staff, which includes useful information on the RSA such as a Calendar for Events, IT resources and guides and a gallery of photos.

The RSA Executive Committee has scheduled its inaugural meeting for 4 April 2023 at which they will start to plan for its next get-together and communicate details of arrangements to all who have provided email addresses.
