Tagann ‘Magh Éne’ ó na focail Shean-Ghaeilge ar ‘fáilte’ agus ‘talamh mín’ .i. ‘magh fáilteachais’, rud a léiríonn an meon s’againn maidir le hoideachas .i. go bhfuil fáilte roimh chách.  

Bunaíodh Coláiste Mhagh Éne sa bhliain 1992 agus freastalaíonn sé ar riachtanais na ndaltaí sna ceantair seo a leanas: deisceart Dhún na nGall, tuaisceart Liatroma agus tuaisceart Shligigh. Tá an fhoireann ag Coláiste Mhagh Éne bródúil as an dóigh a gcuireann siad curaclam acadúil forásach ar fáil mar aon le réimse leathan de gníomhaíochtaí seach-churaclaim agus comhchuraclaim a chuireann forbairt iomlánaíoch ár gcuid daltaí chun cinn.

Our first year students and their fifth year mentors enjoyed an extended lunch today where they had the opportunity to sit down together and have a chat. Thanks also to Mr Tighe and Ms McAree who treated the students to some tray-bakes from the school canteen. #WeAreDonegalETB
